At Coastal Bend Resource Center, we help individuals and families navigate life’s most challenging seasons, whether that’s accessing vital community resources, securing support during a job search, or connecting with programs that make life a little easier.
We were created with one purpose in mind: to make sure no one has to figure it out alone.

A Message from Our Founder
I started Coastal Bend Resource Center because I lived the struggle. Years ago, I was caring for both of my grandparents, managing doctor visits, paperwork, prescriptions, and long-term care options, all while juggling my own life.
No one tells you how complicated it can be, how isolating it feels, or how many systems you suddenly have to understand overnight. I remember thinking: “Why isn’t there just one place I can go where someone will help me figure this out?”
Coastal Bend Resource Center is that place.
Today, we offer guidance and support for:
Caregivers of grandparents, parents, or children
Working adults who need short-term support to take the next step
Anyone seeking referrals, housing assistance, benefits help, or a welcoming community space
